Volo became a village on April 26, 1993, and it covers about 4 square miles in Grant Township.

U.S. Route 12 and Routes 59, 60 and 120 all run through Volo, making it easy to get around.

Buyers here are ready to act

Someone visiting VoloRealEstate.com has already decided where they want to live. That intent means faster offers and fewer tire-kickers.

02

The website that matters

VoloRealEstate.com contains the exact keyword buyers search. That's an organic SEO signal no national portal can replicate at the local level.

Deep local expertise

From school districts and commute times to neighborhood comps and community lifestyle β€” we cover Volo with a depth no national site can match.

"I've sold homes the week they were listed and found buyers their dream house before it hit the market. Volo rewards preparation and local knowledge β€” and that's exactly what I bring."

"I know that a house on a cul-de-sac in one subdivision sells differently than one on a through street in another. I know which builders in the new construction communities are worth the premium and which ones to negotiate harder with."
